You are bidding on a Funskool GI Joe Snake Eyes figure mint rare blue version on a nice card. There are two hairline veins on the left side of the card. The blister is clear. Overall, This is by far one of the nicest Funskool cards that I have seen! The blisters and card backs are very thin and damage very easily. See picture for details.
