This is Holy Grail of the very rare second series Plastirama variants from Argentina known as the Argen Seven, and the Holy Grail of all loose GI Joe figures. In 2006 there was a Convention Exclusive Cobra Mortal made, but there are only a handful of the originals in existence, and the only other ones that I have seen were in very poor condition. This is the only original Cobra Mortal to be graded and authenticated by the AFA, and most likely the only one in this kind of condition. It received a grade of 80 because it appears to have been hand painted, and some of the paint detail is a little sloppy, but this is in case fresh condition and the chrome is perfect. It comes incased with the certificate of authenticity, and makes a beautiful display. AFA serial #18551239.
