ITEM DISCRIPTION: PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT A GRADER BUT I DO COLLECT FINE EXAMPLES OF STAR WARS ACTION FIGURES MINT ON CARD. I GUARANTEE MY STAR WARS ARE ALL FACTORY ORIGINAL. You are bidding on a piece of history an incredible example of the 1977 KENNER STAR WARS DARTH VADER 12 BACK. This piece is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to any collection and in my opinion would grade very well with AFA. FIGURE: Figure is in mint and pristine BUBBLE: Is clear with no blemishes of any type. A very small crack exist in the lower right side of the bubble (see pics) CARD: The colors on the card are very bright. It lies perfectly flat. It shows no edge wear. There is a small stress mark on the back of the card only visible under light and does not go thru the card (see pics). The card his simply unbelievable and would make the cut for any collection. Include in this auction is an archival UV protected acrylic case. This case will permit you to display your piece without having to worry about harmful UV rays. Up for sale : Vintage Star Wars Early Bird Lot. Includes Mailer box in nice shape with all flaps attached. Inner tray is slightly discolored with a few small cracks/holes as is common to this piece. No cracks on top main surface areas and is structurally sound. Figures are sealed in correct baggies (luke is 3 line HK COO) but luke baggie has verical tears not big enough to remove figure. Foot pegs in original baggie. Includes rare Dark Blue R2 in Outstanding sealed, white, white, white condition. Also includes Early Bird Double Telescoping Saber Luke with outstanding figure (should grade AFA85ish) and original two piece saber lettered “A”. Inner and outer saber components have no cracks or holes. I have owned about 10 DT lukes and this is my second best, ever, sure to get an AFA 80, possibly an 85.(keeping the best for myself, but don’t need a second set.) Also includes early bird certificate and stand in average shape, but outer sleeve displays well with no color touch . I had orderd an acryllic case for the EB set but it has been delayed. Winning bidder can have case at cost if desired. (I also included both the Large Catalog for EB (non-telescoping) and the Small Catalog (Cover Only, for Telescoping Luke release). Grading for the Luke runs $60, but they send it to a former customer of mine to tell you the same thing I am. The Dark Blue Dome R2 alone has sold for $250+ the last few times it has come up. This is a great set, with a great box and contents. A great builder set as this was a second set I was keeping until I completed my primary set.
