WWR (1/6th scale) Nom de Plume by Ashley Wood / 3A ToysFirst ever 3A product release from June 2008Limited run of 50 units worldwide This 1/6th scale de Plume is what started the whole 3A collector phenomenon. A slice of history in the making! Figure is complete with all accessories – but alas – a very common ‘Achilles tendon’ problem with this first release: The ankles are notoriously very brittle and in most cases with this batch of 50, there has been some form of damage.My one is no exception. However, the figure will stand up unsupported and I have heard that 3A offer to repair this problem if it’s sent back to them.I never bothered following this up as I felt that somehow – this was part of what makes this piece unique – imperfections an’ all. Does not have the 3A T-Shirt (that would have been included originally), nor the outer 3A brown cardboard packing box (that it would have shipped out in originally from 3A). But fear not! I will pack this up with immense care for it’s new owner.
